Nice to meet you :) I am  Cascina Migliorate, an elegant farmstead built of solid foundations laid on the ground, and a rooftop up in the sky. Right there, amid the sky and the ground, I find the  best spot to flourish. I knew that there would be a moment for my former  glory to be restored, and that moment and that moment has come! I host the  dreams of people wishing to work in harmony with nature, people who want to create excellent wine with their hands worn out  a light heart, and dreaming eyes. I hold the signs of an  ancient tale revised with a modern twist, and I am on top of the world for this! Be careful,  my smile is contagious!
There is no beating around the bush, my land has plenty of wonders and history! I breathe favorable air coming from Lake Como, and mirror myself over three bodies of water: Lake Annone, Lake Pusiano, and Lake Alserio. I rest over Monte Barro, facing west, and all around me grows a woodland that is home to various species of birds, over thousand categories of plants, and a famous climbing crag. I watch the Valle dell’Oro, a valley that hosts one of the most ancient Abbey in Europe: San Pietro al Monte Abbey. To find me you will have to walk by an old military road, known by no less than the famous novelist Alessandro Manzoni: even VIP, I am not missing out on details, am I? Straw yellow colour, ripe white nose with typical floral hints. On the palate it is savory, fresh, with excellent structure.

Diraspatura, fermentazione in acciaio, macerazione delle bucce per 12 giorni. Affinamento per 12 mesi in grandi barriques di primo e secondo passaggio.

Colore rubino intenso con sfumature granata, al naso ampio e complesso. Piccoli frutti rossi, spezie e una delicata balsamicità . Al palato è di ottima struttura con un finale fresco e persistente.
